ELODIE Bamboo Muslin Blanket - Garden Leo's Resort

This cosy and very versatile blanket can be used as nursing cover, a security blanket, a portable crib sheet, a changing mat, a stroller cover and more. Bamboo fibres has many great qualities that you look for in a baby blanket, such as being very moisture absorbing and breathable, as well as having temperature controlling and anti-bacterial capabilities. The double layers of classic Muslin weave enhance these abilities further and creates a blanket that just gets softer and softer with each wash and is gentle to sensitive skin.

No harmful substances
The fabric in this blanket is certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The certification assures that the materials used contain no harmful or allergenic substances.

Temperature regulating material
The light but double layered muslin weave absorbs moisture while still maintaining breathability.

Perfect gift for baby shower
If the expecting mother brings the blanket to bed with her a time before the baby arrives, it will be infused with her scent and become a perfect comforting blanket for the new-born.

Antibacterial bamboo
The bamboo fibres used in this blanket has a natural resistance to bacteria and fungi. This particularly useful in baby products as it helps prevent build-up of any harmful bacteria and reduces bad odour.

A more sustainable choice
Bamboo has many ecological advantages over cotton as a raw material for textiles. It is one of the fastest growing plants in the world and can be produced without using pesticides or fertilizers. It uses a lot less water and can help prevent soil erosion. Last but not least, it fixes carbon dioxide and releases oxygen more effectively than other crops and thereby help reduce global warming.
