Pickup at an Akis Express point
Collect your parcel from the point closest to you.
Home delivery
Brought to your door anywhere in Cyprus.
We deliver to all cities in Cyprus including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Famagusta. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
From our shelf to your door
Order placed
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Dispatched
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day, and you get a shipping notification.
Delivered
Standard delivery in Cyprus takes 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please contact us at merakimoraki@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Opened consumables
- Personalised items
- Hygiene products (e.g. teethers, bottles) once opened
- Items damaged through misuse
14-day return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at merakimoraki@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
